3. CONSIDER TIME FOR
FOOD SERVICE AND
SPEECHES
Speak with your venue or cater about the timing of each course and how they
correspond with speeches. Some couples are happy to have food served or
plates clearer during speeches - especially if there are a larger number of
speeches planned. We recommend writing speeches into your run sheet
between courses. This allows guests to pay attention and your photographer to
capture candid pictures of your guests' reactions to speeches without also
catching them eating.
4. KNOW WHAT TIME
THE SUN WILL SET
Look up what time the sun will set on your wedding day and note
this in your run sheet. If you are hoping for golden hour
photography this may affect the timing of other aspects of your day.
5. SCHEDULE IN
YOUR LATE NIGHT
COUPLES SHOOT
If you think you might want to have a late-night couples
shoot ensure you leave time for this in your run sheet. This
can also be an ideal time to change into a party look and
return ready to tear up the dance floor.
